NorthTrip.is provides private transportation services under a licensed taxi permit and a Day Tour Provider License (transport only).
To ensure clarity for all passengers, the following cancellation and refund rules apply:
Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time at no cost.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pick-up may be non-refundable, as the vehicle and driver are reserved exclusively for your service.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pick-up location and does not contact us, the booking is considered a no-show and may be non-refundable.
Delays & Operational Changes
– Flight delays are monitored and we adjust pick-up times when possible.
– Severe delays, weather disruptions or road closures may require rescheduling.
– If NorthTrip.is must cancel a service for operational or safety reasons, the passenger is entitled to a full refund.
Refund Method
If a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method (if payment was made via an external provider) or confirmed by email if payment was not yet collected.
